Find your unlock code
Both things this asks for are on the receipt Stripe emailed you when you bought. We show the same code again; nothing is emailed and nothing new is charged.
The card digits are asked for because the email address on its own is not a secret — anyone who knew it could take your code. We check them against Stripe as you ask, and we never store them.
We hold a keyed one-way hash of your address and the Stripe payment reference, so we can match it without being able to read it back. Nothing else is kept.
Link, LLC (a Stripe company) is the merchant of record and the seller; the app is made by Kehr & Co. LLC. Questions and refunds: hello@kehrandco.com.
You can change your mind for 30 days. Write to us within 30 days of buying and we refund the whole amount, no reason needed. That is longer than the 14 days EU and UK consumer law gives you, and it applies to you too. Nothing you have recorded in the app is deleted by a refund.
Payment is handled by Stripe, which needs an email address to send the receipt. This service never sees your card, and never receives anything you have recorded in the app — the app makes no request to it at all.
